| 摘 要： | 枸杞苗木繁育技术包括有性繁殖和无性繁殖。有性繁殖主要是种子育苗,用于杂交育种中新种质材料的繁育;无性繁殖主要包括嫩枝扦插、硬枝扦插和组织培养技术,是目前枸杞生产中普遍采用的苗木繁育技术。文章对枸杞苗木繁育技术进行了研究,对枸杞种子育苗和嫩枝扦插育苗的关键技术进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | The breed techniques of wolfberry seedling include sexual reproduction and asexual reproduction.Sexual reproduction include seeds breeding mainly,used as breed technique in the hybridization breeding of new wolfberry germplasms.Asexual reproduction mainly include softwood cutting,hardwood cutting and tissue culture,is popular as wolfberry breed technique at present.The paper detailed for the critical techniques of wolfberry seedling breed technique and softwood cutting technique. |
