| 摘 要： | 研究了不同处理方法对国槐种子发芽的影响.结果表明:浓硫酸破伤种皮对种子发芽有显著促进作用,其中浓硫酸破伤种皮并结合低温沙藏的催芽效果最好,发芽率达98%.

| Abstract: | Effects of different urgings on germination rate of the Japonica seeds were studied in this paper.The result showed that concentrated sulphuric acid played an important role in urging germination,among which,corroding seed coat with concentrated sulphuric acid and stratification was the most effective method,the germination rate could reach 98%. |
