| 摘 要： | 1+X证书制度鼓励学生在获得学历证书基础上获得多张职业技能等级证书,旨在培养复合型技术技能人才。在1+X证书制度下,培养复合型技术技能型人才的关键是课程教学改革,在1+X证书制度试点基础上,认为知识体系应按照实际工作岗位规定的职业技能等级标准与课程内容进行深度融合,并采取模块化的教学方法,强化教师实际操作的能力和实际工作的经验,为下一步实施1+X课证融通奠定基础。

| Abstract: | The 1+X certificate system encourages students to obtain more professional skill level certificates on the basis of academic certificates,aiming to cultivate their compound technical talents.Under the 1+X certificate system,the root of cultivating compound technical talents is the teaching reform of courses.Based on the 1+X certificate assessment pilot,the knowledge system should be in accordance with the curriculum content deeply with regard to professional skill level standards specified by real jobs.In addition,a modular teaching method is adopted to strengthen teachers.practical ability and work experience,and lay the foundation of implementing 1+X course-certificate integration. |
