General Survey Report in China of Mycotoxins Content in Corn Silage in 2020

To study the mycotoxins content in Corn silage in 2020,Borui Technology Testing Center collected 1,184 corn silage samples from Heilongjiang,Liaoning, Inner Mongolia,Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei,Shandong,Shanxi,Shaanxi, Gansu,Ningxia.From January to December,Three kinds of mycotoxins (Aflatoxins B1,Zearalenone,Vomitoxin) contents in corn silage were determined using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).To study the overall pollution and the pollution in different collection areas and different months.The results showed that among the 1,184 corn silage samples,the contamination of zearalenone and Vomitoxin were the most serious with the exceeding rate of 4.36% and 6.67% respectively.The average value of mycotoxins in different months did not show obvious regularity. Aflatoxin B1 and Vomitoxin in different months of the same pasture are different,especially vomiting toxin.The difference between the highest month and the lowest month is 2,649.56 μg/kg.
