益生菌对肉鸡法氏囊发育及淋巴细胞增殖的影响

摘    要:试验旨在研究不同种类的益生菌制剂对肉鸡法氏囊发育以及淋巴细胞增殖的影响。选用雄性0日龄817肉鸡75只,随机分成5组。空白对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别添加牧丁宝I型、牧丁宝II型、丁酸梭菌和益芪康,试验周期21 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,益芪康、牧丁宝I、牧丁宝II和丁酸梭菌组的法氏囊增重分别提高13.61%、9.07%、2.86%、7.99%(P<0.05)。4种益生菌对淋巴细胞增殖均有显著效果,各益生菌之间效果也有显著差异,丁酸梭菌效果较为明显,显著高于对照组78.98%(P<0.05)。研究表明,益生菌可以提高肉鸡法氏囊的免疫功能,增强机体免疫力。

Abstract:The study aimed to investigate the effect of different probiotics on bursa development and lymphocyte proliferation in broiler chickens. 75 male 817 broilers aged 0 days were selected for the experiment and randomly divided into five groups. Control group according to the chicken varieties according to the national standard design based diet feeding, according to the experimental groups respectively add mudingbao I, mudingbao II, Clostridium butyricum, and yiqikang, 21 days of the test cycle. The results showed that compared with the control group, the weight of bursa of Fabricius of Yiqikang, Mudingbao I, Mudingbao II and Clostridium butyricum groups increased 13.61%, 9.07%, 2.86%, 7.99%(P<0.05). The four probiotics had significant effect on lymphocyte proliferation, and there were significant differences among the probiotics. Clostridium butyricum had the most significant effect, which was significantly 78.98% higher than that of the control group(P<0.01). Research showed that probiotics could improve the immune function of the bursa of Fabricius and enhance the body immunity of broiler chickens.
