以志愿服务为载体的高职院校学生入党积极分子培养路径探究

规范高校大学生发展党员流程,认真做好入党积极分子的培养教育工作,是保证党员质量、提高党员队伍素质的重要环节。分析了高职院校学生入党积极分子教育培养存在的问题,从开展志愿服务活动、明确志愿服务考核制度、提升学生入党积极分子的先锋模范作用方面,提出了培育新路径。

Development Paths for Party Activists with Voluntary Services as the Carrier in Higher Vocational Colleges

Standardizing the process of recruiting Party members for college students and earnestly doing a good job in training and educating Party activists are important parts to ensure and improve the quality of Party members.The problems existing in the education and training of activists who have joined the Party in higher vocational colleges are analyzed.A new way of training and education for students to join the Party activists based on voluntary service is proposed,from the aspects of carrying out voluntary service activities,clarifying the assessment system of volunteer service,and enhancing the vanguard role of student activists in joining the Party.
