我国特色乳制品的营养功效与产业发展

摘    要:特色乳是人类饮用乳的重要补充,具有营养性、功能性、稀缺性、地域性、不平衡性等特点,且特色突出,综合效益高,发展潜力巨大。本文介绍了我国特色乳中的水牛乳、羊乳、马乳、驴乳、驼乳、牦牛乳的营养保健功能和常见产品,以及特色乳的集中产区,并针对发展现状提出特色乳产业发展的建议。

Abstract:Characteristic milk is an important supplement to human milk source.It has the nutrition,functionality,scarcity,regionality and imbalance characteristics.Characteristic milk has unique advantages,Outstanding characteristics,high comprehensive benefits and great development potential.This paper introduces the nutritional and health care functions and common products of buffalo milk,goat milk,horse milk,donkey milk,camel milk and yak milk in China's characteristic milk,as well as the characteristic milk concentrated production areas,and gives some suggestions on characteristic milk industry according to the development status.
