| 摘 要： | 运用定量和定性分析,对新疆基本农田变化驱动力进行了探讨。得到新疆基本农田数量变化驱动力主要有三类:经济发展因素、政策影响因素、农业科技进步因素;根据粮食需求预测出发,给出新疆2010年的基本农田的预测值;针对新疆特殊的情况,提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | The change driving forces of basic farmland in Xinjiang were analyzed by using the quantitative and qualitative analysis. The result showed that the change driving forces of Xinjiang basic farmland quantity had 3 kinds mainly, economic growth factor, policy influencing factor, scientific and technological progress in agriculture factor resp. According to grain demand forecasts, Xinjiang basic farmland in the predictive value in 2010 was confirmed. Some advices were put forward from Xinjiang special case. |
