二甲苯胺噻唑对绵羊脑电图影响的研究

以日本产３６２型多道生理仪为主要实验仪器，研究了二甲苯胺噻唑对绵羊的中枢神经系统的作用．通过实验，获得了绵羊正常情况下的脑电图波的振幅和频率，为脑电图在兽医临床上的应用提供参考依据．实验结果表明，静松灵对中枢神经系统产生抑制作用．脑电图表现为波的频率明显降低、波幅明显增高，即由原来的低幅快波活动转变成高幅慢波活动．

STUDIES OF THE EFFECT OF XYLAZOLE ON THE EEG OF SHEEP

The effect of xylazole on the sheep's central nervous system was studied by Model-362polygraph made in Japan.Through the experiment, we got the parameters of the EEGamplitude and frequencc before xylazole administration, which provided a basis for usingEEG in the veterinary clinical practice.The results showed that xylazole brought about depression of the central nervous system.The EEG showed that the frequency decreased and the amplitude increased significantly, thatis, the dominant low-voltage fast activity before xylazolc administration was altered byxylazolc sedation into high-voltage slow activity.
