摘    要:在干燥过程中,木材各向干缩不均会产生开裂现象,进而降低产品质量,造成木材资源的浪费。从木材干缩问题入手,探讨了木材的干缩机理及影响因素,介绍了国内外学者在解决木材干缩问题上的一些方法和成果;总结了减少干燥开裂的方法,为干燥预处理提供了一定的方法和理论依据。

Abstract:During the drying process, the dry shrinkage of timber in different directions can result in cracks, therefore reducing product quality and causing the waste of timber resources. Based on timber dry shrinkage problems, the dry shrinkage mechanism and influential factors of timber are discussed, some methods and achievements involving time dry shrinkage that foreign and domestic scholars have adopted and obtained respectively are stated. Methods for reducing desiccation cracks are summarized and some methods and theoretical basis for dry pre-treatment are provided.
