皱叶酸模的试管苗培养研究

摘    要:为了对野生资源进行保护,同时满足人们的需求,以具生长点的皱叶酸模茎段为材料,采用植物组织培养方法,对生长点的分化培养、分化芽生根培养、试管苗移栽、定植进行了研究。结果表明:MS+NAA0.05mg·L-1+6-BA2.0mg·L-1+蔗糖30g·L-1是皱叶酸模生长点分化培养的理想培养基;诱导分化芽生根的理想培养基是MS+IAA0.2mg·L-1+蔗糖30g·L-1;最佳的分化模式是先生根,再加入液体形式的最适分化培养基;试管苗移栽成活率高达100%,定植的试管苗保持了野生植株的生物学性状。

Abstract:In order to protect the wild resources and meet the needs of people, with the method of tissue culture, the stems with growing points of Rumex crispus L.were used as materials to do the research on differentiation of growing points, rooting of differentiation buds, ransplantation of tube seedlings, stable planting of tube seedlings.The results demonstrated that ideal medium for differentiation of growing points was MS+NAA0.05 mg·L-1+6-BA2.0 mg·L-1+sucrose30 g·L-1;MS+IAA0.2 mg·L-1+sucrose30 g·L-1 was the optimum medium for rooting of tube seedlings;the best mode of differential was accede the liquid differential medium to solid medium affter some days’ rooting; the transplanting survival rate was 100% and the tube seedlings stable planted maintained all biological characteristics of the wild Rumex crispus L.
