内燃机高速瞬态数据采集分析系统的开发

摘    要:阐述了自主开发的内燃机瞬态数据采集分析系统的结构,工作原理,软件设计和内燃机工作过程和瞬态过程分析软件。该系统可实现内燃机8通道模拟量的同步采集和瞬时转速的测量,并可进行内燃机过渡过程动态数据采集;开发的并行口(EPP接口)电路可使上位PC机和下位单片机进行高速的数据传输,采用分离式设计,系统安装方便,不受上位机的限制。

Abstract:Transient thermodynamic data acquisition and analysis system was introduced, the structure, working principles and software design showed in detail. The system used the developed hardware circuit as well as the software to realize the measurement of eight-channel analog signals and transient speed not only in steady operation but also in transient operation of internal combustion engines. The developed EPP-mode parallel port interface circuit could achieve high-speed data transmission for the computer and data acquisition system. The independence of the system made the installation easy, with no limitation of computer. The analysis software for working process and transient operation of internal combustion engines for the system was also developed.
