摘    要:笔者对酶处理与石油醚浸出相结合提取麻疯树籽油脂工艺的研究。采用正交实验和极差分析酶处理条件(处理时间、pH值、浸提时间、温度)对提取率的影响,得出最佳的工艺参数。研究结果表明,麻疯树籽在水分含量15%、蛋白酶添加量为3%、纤维素酶添加量为3.5%、酶处理时间为210min,浸出时间160min提取率最高,且加蛋白酶处理比加纤维素酶效果好。

Extraction of Oil From Jatropha Curcas L. Seed Kernels by Enzymatic

Abstract:The main aim of this paper is research the technology that combine enzyme treatment and petroleum ether to extract the Jatropha curcas L. seed. To get the best technology Parameters the influence on extract rate of enzyme treat conditions ( treatment time, pH, extract time, temperature) was researched by orthogonal experiments and range analysis. The results show that when water content of Jatropha curcas L. seed Js 15 % , protease's concentration is 3 %, Cellulase concentration is 3.5 %, enzyme treat time is 210min, extraete time is 160 min, the extract rate get to the highest,meanwhile the results also show that the effect of cellulase treatment is better than protease.
