| 摘 要： | 结果表明:淡紫拟青霉Paecilomyces lilacinus菌株FZ0289对根结线虫卵的侵染率达98.2%;FZ0289麦粒菌剂和麸皮菌剂对黄瓜根结线虫病的防治效果分别为77.7%和73.3%,增产19.7%.

| Abstract: | The results were as follows: the egg-parasitic rate of Paecilomyces lilacinus to Meloidogyne spp was 98.2% in water agar plate assay; applications of the fungal preparation to the potted plants and greenhouse plots respectively resulted in tie control effect of 77.7% and 73.3% on cucumber root-knot nematode diseases,and cucumber yield increased by 19.7%. |
