羧甲基纤维素钠与丙烯酰胺的接枝共聚及其缓释性质研究

摘    要:采用微波法合成羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)-丙烯酰胺(AM)接枝共聚物。研究了接枝时间,引发剂用量,CMC/AM,初始温度等因素对接枝率的影响。结果表明,当接枝反应时间为3min,引发剂浓度为0.5mg/mL,CMC/AM为1/5,初始反应温度为30℃时,接枝率达62.69%。接枝共聚物对卵清蛋白溶液具有一定的缓释作用。

Abstract:Synthesis of carboxymehtylcellulose(CMC)grafted onto acrylamide(AM)with microwave radiation method has been carried in this experiment.The effects of the react time,the concentration of initiator,the proparation of CMC/AM,the initial temperature on the graft ratio were discussed,the results showed that while the reaction time is 3 minutes,initiator= 5 mg/mL,CMC/AM=1/5,the initial temperature is 30 ℃,the percentage of grafting reached 62.69%,The property of controlled release of CMC-g-AM copolymer was also studied.
