栽培技术对大豆种子氨基酸影响的研究

摘    要:
蛋氨酸是大豆种子中主要限制氨基酸。栽培技术对大豆种子氨基酸含量的影响很少报道,在黑龙江省海伦县东风乡保卫村进行的大豆规范化栽培试验中,重点分析了栽培技术对种子蛋氨酸、赖氨酸含量的影响。通过3年试验得出的结论为:农业技术措施对种子氨基酸的含量有影响;凡有利于提高产量的措施,均有利于提高种子蛋氨酸的含量;零水平实施值是适合当地大豆生产的最佳措施。

Abstract:
Dongnong 34 was grown in Baowei village Hailun county Heilongjiang province for three years to estimate the effects of different field managements on the amino acid contents of soybean seeds. Research indicated that:(1)Cultivation techniques affected amino acid contents of soybean seeds;(2)Measures that could raise the per unit yield could improve the methionine content as well.the methionine,lysine,cystine cotent showed positive response to phosphatic fertilizer;(3)The data indicated that the zero level value represented the optimum measures and suited to local condi- tions.
