干旱荒漠区核果类果树叶片水分生理特性初步研究

摘    要:
研究了 2年生核果类果树早露蟠桃、仁用杏、牛心李、梨枣叶片的耐旱特性 ,通过对 4种果树叶片自由水、束缚水、比叶面积、肉质化程度、叶片保水力等生理指标的测定。结果表明 :仁用杏、牛心李叶片具有较强的保水能力 ,而且仁用杏的束缚水含量最高 ,6月份仁用杏的束缚水含量是早露蟠桃的 1.5 0倍 ,牛心李的 1.35倍 ,梨枣的 1.0 5倍 ;8月份时是早露蟠桃的 1.94倍 ,牛心李的 1.2 8倍 ,梨枣的 1.0 6倍。 4种核果类果树的束缚水与自由水的比值大小顺序为 :仁用杏 >梨枣 >牛心李 >早露蟠桃 ;比叶面积 :早露蟠桃 >梨枣 >仁用杏 >牛心李 ;叶片肉质化程度 :仁用杏 >牛心李 >梨枣 >早露蟠桃。因此 ,仁用杏具有较强的耐脱水能力

Abstract:
The drought-resistant characteristics of leaves of two-year peach,apricot,plum and jujube trees were studied.The result indicated that the ability for four stone-fruit keeping-water was different .Apricot and plum leaves are higher than peach's. The content of bound-water of apricot is the highest among four stone fruits, the content of bound-water of apricot is 1.5 times,1.35 times,1.05 times as high as peach's,plum's,jujube's respectively in June,and 1.94 times,1.28 times,1.06times respectively in August.The rate of apricot leaves' bound-water and free-water is the highest ,second highest is jujube ,third is plum,peach leaves' is the lowest.The order of mesophyll-degree of four stone fruits is apricot,plum,jujube and peach from high to low,but the peach leaves' leaf-area is the largest ,second is jujube,plum leaves' is the smallest. So apricot leaves' ability of resisting dehydration is the strongest relatively.
