摘    要:该文首先详细阐述了无公害蔬菜、绿色蔬菜和有机蔬菜的基本概念及其产生与发展过程,然后对其认证方法与生产标准、发展方向与定位等问题进行了详细探讨。对蔬菜生产与消费具有重要的指导作用。
