摘    要:目的]为大豆蛋白改性胶用作纸板胶粘剂的应用提供参考。方法]以大豆分离蛋白(SPI)为材料,采用不同浓度SDS对其进行化学改性,通过单因素试验研究SDS浓度、SPI含量、反应温度及反应时间对蛋白胶粘度及胶合强度的影响,通过正交试验确定蛋白改性胶的最佳制作工艺。结果]SDS可提高蛋白胶的粘接性能,降低其反应焓变;单因素试验结果表明,各因素对改性SPI胶粘接强度的影响依次为:SPI含量〉SDS浓度〉反应时间〉反应温度;正交试验结果表明,SDS改性SPI的最佳工艺为:SDS浓度2.5%,SPI含量10%,反应温度60℃,反应时间3h,此条件下得到的蛋白胶的胶合强度为80.51N/cm3。结论]该研究确定了改性大豆蛋白胶粘剂的最佳制作工艺。

Study on Adhesive Properties of Modified Soybean Protein Used as Paperboard Adhesive

Abstract:Objective] The study was to provide the reference for the application of modified soybean protein used as paperboard adhesive. Methods] With soybean protein isolate (SPI) as the material, they were chemically modified by SDS with different concns.. The effects of SDS concn., SPI content, reaction temperature and reaction time on viscosity and adhesive strength of the protein adhesive were studied through single factor test. And the optimum making process of the modified protein adhesive was determined through orthogonal test. Results] SDS could improve the adhesive properties of the modified protein and reduce its reaction enthalpy. The results of single factor test showed that the effect of factors on adhesive strength of the modified SPI in order was: SPI content> SDS concn.> reaction time> response temperature. The results of orthogonal test showed that the optimum process of SDS modifying SPI was SDS concn. of 2.5%, SPI content of 10%, reaction temperature of 60 ℃ and reaction time of 3 h. Under this condition the adhesive strength of the modified protein was 80.51 N/cm~3. Conclusion] This study determined the optimum making process of the modified soybean protein adhesive.
