| 摘 要： | 对甘蓝型油菜细胞质雄性不育系212A的花药发育过程进行石蜡切片显微观察发现,212A的花药发育受阻于胞原细胞时期。其主要特点是花药由壁组织和维管束组成,无造胞细胞和花粉囊的分化,属于无花粉囊型不育系。

| Abstract: | This research has studied the progress of growth of anther of CMS 212A in Brassica napus L. by examining the section of organic tissues in paraffin wax. The result showed that the growth of anther of CMS 212A is inhibited at the stage of chear sporial cell. The main characteristic is that the anther is formed of wall tissue and vascalar bundle. It does not differetiate the sporogenous cell and the pollen sac. The CMS 212A belongs to non-sporange CMS lines. |
