| 摘 要： | 以7个苜蓿品种叶片为外植体,采用3种诱导培养基、5种分化培养基,共15个组合,研究了不同品种间愈伤组织诱导及植株再生的差异。结果表明,不同苜蓿品种间植株再生率差异显著,超级13R在7个苜蓿品种中表现最佳。

| Abstract: | Explant of leaves of 7 alfalfa cultivars were cultured in three inducing media and five differentiation media to study the induction of the callus and difference of plants regeneration from different alfalfa cultivars.The results indicated that there were distinct differences in plant regeneration frequency among the different alfalfa cultivars,Chaoji 13R was the best among 7 alfalfa cultivars. |
