摘    要:研究我国北方地区结缕草(Zoysia japonica Steud.)(暖季型草坪草的代表)和高羊茅(Fescue arundinaces Schreb.)(冷季型草坪草的代表)冬季休眠中生理变异过程,揭示其物质变化的共同规律。结果表明:根系中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白呈前期增长缓慢,后期积累迅速的趋势;SOD与MDA为此消彼长的动态平衡;根系中的IAA、GA趋于减少,ZR、ABA逐渐增加;在强烈干扰情况下,内源激素表现出不同的规律;同时阐明冷、暖季草坪在叶绿素含量变化、营养物质储存能力等方面的差异。

Abstract:Our knowledge about the molecular and genetic base of turfgrass fall dormancy is still fragmentary.Furthermore,little is known about the physiological changing rules of turfgrass in the period of dormancy in Beijing.The object of this study was to obtain the general information on turfgrass fall dormancy in northern China and provide detailed foundations for the scientific turfgrass management.Various molecular physiological dynamics were investigated of the cold-season(Fescue arundinaces Schreb.) and warm-season(Zoysia japonica Steud.) turfgrasses during their fall dormancy processes in winter and late autumn in Beijing.The results show that the soluble sugar and soluble protein increased slowly at beginning,then accumulated quickly in the end.There was a dynamic balance between SOD and MDA.IAA and GA contents in root decreased while ZR and ABA increased along with the dormancy proceeded.Different responding rules of endogenous hormones were detected under strong disturbing forces.The changing dynamics of chlorophyll content and nutrient collection capacity were different between cold-season and warm-season turfgrasses.
