马属动物滑脉脉象图特征

 滑脉为八纲脉之一，属阳脉，在兽医临床上见于健康家畜、怀孕母畜和患高热性疾病的病畜。与马属动物平脉脉象图相比，滑脉脉象图的主要特点是：主波幅较高、降中峡位置较低、降中峡相对高度较小、主波幅上1/3处和上1/5处的宽度变窄。形成滑脉的血流动力学基础是心脏搏血力增强和外周循环阻力降低。上述特点是脉诊时产生脉搏往来流利、应指圆滑指感的生理学和病理学基础。本项研究确定了马属动物滑脉脉象图的基本图形，测算了滑脉脉象图的14项参数值，建立了滑脉的脉象图判定标准，有助于促进家畜脉诊的客观化和标准化。

CHARACTERISTICS OF SLIPPERY PULSE ON SPHYGMOGRAM IN EQUINE

Slippery pulse which is one of the eight guiding principle pulses, is classified as one of Yang-pulses, and is found commonly in the animals in pregnancy, in high fever or healthy. Compared with normal pulse on sphygmogram in equine, the characteristics of slippery pulse on sphygmogram are as follows: higher amplitude of main wave, lower gorge at central section of fallen branch, smaller relative altitude of gorge at central section of fallen branch, narrower widths at upper one fifth and one third of amplitude of main wave. The foundations of hemodynamies of forming slippery pulse are increase of cardiac output and decrease of peripheral resistance of circulation. The characters of mentioned above are the physiological and pathological foundations to form the finger sensation of pulse beating smoothly during pulse diagnosis.Our studies have determined the typical figure of slippery pulse on sphygmogram and its parameter values of fourteen items, which have established the distinguishing standard. It is helpful for promoting the development of veterinary sphygmology.
