摘    要:通过测定助堆剂中嗜热真菌M5的纤维酶活性,表明M5的C1活性和Cx活性与菌龄有关,前者明显高于后者,并从生化角度阐明助对双孢蘑菇培养料堆制的促进作用。

Abstract:Experiments on cellulases from thermophilic fungus M 5 showed that C 1 and Cx activity were in relation to the mycelia age.C 1 had higher activity than Cx.The mechanism by which Composting Aid promotes composting is clarified in the point of biochemistry.
