省级农科院专业技术人员继续教育模式初探——以浙江省农业科学院专业技术人员继续教育为例

摘    要:现阶段,省级农科院在实践专业技术人员继续教育过程中存在缺乏创新的急需人才教育机制、分层分类的继续教育体系和高效的本土培养机制等问题。浙江省农业科学院在实践中总结得出,继续教育工作要坚持学历教育、专业技术人员培训、国际合作和学术交流齐头并进的模式。文章对省级农科院专业技术人员的继续教育工作提出了建议,以期为进一步推进工作提供参考。

Abstract:At present, there were some problems in the continuing education of professional and technical personnel in provincial academies of agricultural sciences, such as lack of innovative education mechanism, lack of hierarchical continuing education system, and lack of effective local training mechanism, etc. In the practice of Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, some effective models were summarized, which combined curricula education, training, international cooperation and academic exchange together. At last, suggestions were put forward in the paper in order to provide references for further study.
