摘    要:粮食主产区是我国实现"四化"同步发展的重点和关键地区。文章以鹤壁市农业科技园区为例,论述其在促进地区"四化"同步发展中的实践及成效,包括构建延伸粮食产业链条,促进工业化发展;集成应用先进信息技术,促进信息化发展;建设新型农村社区,带动城镇化发展;加快转变农业发展方式,推进农业现代化发展。在此基础上,进一步提出了以农业科技园区为载体促进粮食主产区"四化"同步发展的政策建议。

Abstract:Main grain-producing areas are priorities and key areas of China to achieve "Four Changes" simultaneous development. Taking Hebi City Agricultural Technology Park as an example, its practices and effectiveness to achieve "Four Changes" simultaneous development were discussed in the paper, including extending food industry chain to promote industrialization, integrating application of advanced information technologies to promote informatization, constructing new rural communities to promote urbanization, and accelerating the transformation of agricultural development to promote agricultural modernization. Then policy recommendations to promote "Four Changes" simultaneous development in the main grain-producing areas by taking agricultural science and technology park as the cartier were proposed.
