| 摘 要： | 文章以中国热带农业科学院(以下简称"热科院")重点学科体系为例,阐述了热带农业重点学科体系建设的必要性和特点,分析了热带农业重点学科体系建设面临的主要问题,如学科人才队伍建设比较薄弱、学科运行和管理机制不够完善、学科建设规划性不强等,并提出了重视人才队伍建设、理顺学科运行和管理机制、制订科学建设发展规划、争取项目经费支持等加强热带农业重点学科体系建设的思路和措施。

| Abstract: | Taking key disciplines system of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences （CATAS） as an example, the necessity and characteristic of tropical agriculture disciplines system construction were expressed in the paper. The main problems of tropical agriculture disciplines system construction were analyzed, i.e., weakness of talents team construction, imperfect of disciplines running and management system, and seldom of development planning. Measures to strengthen tropical agticutture disciplines system construction were proposed, such as paying attention to construction of talents team, perfecting disciplines running and management system, making scientific plans, and try to get more financial support, etc. |
