甜菜单胚雄性不育杂交种“内2499”的选育

摘    要:“内2499”是二倍体甜菜单胚型雄性不育杂交种,该品种是以二倍体多胚品系RZ-1为父本,单胚雄性不育系N9849-CMS为母本,按1:5比例杂交而成。在内蒙古自治区甜菜品种区域试验中,两年平均产量5097.50kg/667m2,较对照增产31.79%,平均含糖率为15.80%。在内蒙古自治区甜菜品种生产试验中,经过田间实际测产和检糖,该品种的单产为4420.00kg/667m2,与对照相比,增幅18.36%;合糖率为17.67%,与对照相比,增加O.33个百分点。与单粒丰产性指标相比,达到单粒型、丰产型品种标准。

Abstract:Nei 2499, a new monogerm cytoplasmic male sterile diploid sugarbeet variety, from a cytoplasmic male sterile monogerm diploid line N9849-CMS as the female parent with a polygerm diploid line RZ-1 as the male parent was crossed through natural pollination hy 5:1.In the test of sugarbeet disease-resistance variety in Inner Mongolia, the average root yield, sugar content were 5097.5 kg/acre, lS.8%,The demonstration experiment in the Inner Mongolia, the average root yield were 4420 kg/acre, increased by 18.36%,sugar content was 17.67%and increased 0.33%,Therefore, this variety reached Monogerm type and high yield level.
