摘    要:茶的保健功能主要依赖于它本身所含成分的生理功能。从茶所含物质的特性入手,浅论茶的主要保健功效,尤其在抑制自由基方面的抗氧化作用。介绍了几种目前比较流行的茶的特色,以及茶的发展动态。

Abstract:The health-care functions of the tea is primary due to the physiological functions of their components, this paper discuss the health-care functions of the tea, especial the anti-oxidation capacity on restrain free radicals by analysis the characters of their materials. In addition, introduce the characters of several kind of tea that popular in present, and the development of the tea.
