| 摘 要： | 建设用地指标的合理分解是土地利用总体规划修编中的难点，以湖南省资兴市为例，应用主成分分析法对指标分解进行了探索。结果表明，资兴市建设用地需求分值最高的5个乡镇依次是鲤鱼江镇、皮石乡、三都镇、唐洞办事处、东江镇；基于主成分分析法的资兴市建设用地指标分解结果与实际调查结果基本一致，可以给实际指标分解提供参考依据。
