生物间遗传学在小麦白粉病和叶锈病研究中的应用

摘    要:应用生物间遗传学原理和方法,研究了小麦白粉菌群体对小麦品种的毒力频率和联合致病性,结果证实了这种方法可直接了解品种的抗白粉性水平,从而确定了适于推广的品种组合。把毒力频率和侵染型分级的百分率结合起来分析,可发现白粉病性的品种材料。根据小麦单基因与白偻菌群体的相互作用,按基因对基因关系,测定了小麦白粉菌群体的毒性基因结构,并采用不通过品种杂交,根据侵染型推导寄主和病原限定性基因的方法,分析了小麦品种

Abstract:Using the principle and technic of interorganismal genetics,the virulent frequency and combine pathogenicity of wheat powdery mildew population on wheat cultivars was studide. Expermental results indicated that the method could directly nuderstand the level of mildew resistance of cultivars, it is therefore useful in determining the suitable cultivar combination for extension field.According the method of infection type in presuming the definite genes of host and parasite,the corresponding genetype of wheat cultivar with wheat mildew and wheat cultivar with leaf rust were analysed.
