赤霉素对藏茵陈种子萌发能力的影响

摘    要:目的]研究赤霉素浓度与浸种时间对藏茵陈种子萌发能力的影响。方法]以清水处理为对照,采用不同浓度的赤霉素(10、20、100、200、500、1 000、1 500和2 000 mg/kg)对藏茵陈种子进行24 h浸种处理。在种子处理的基础上采用饱和D最优设计研究赤霉素浓度与浸种时间对藏茵陈种子发芽率和发芽势的影响。结果]赤霉素浓度为1 000~2 000 mg/kg时可明显促进藏茵陈种子萌发,其浓度为1 500mg/kg时藏茵陈种子发芽率和发芽势最高,分别达到46.7%和23.0%。和浸种时间相比,赤霉素浓度是影响藏茵陈种子萌发及种子活力的主要因素。对藏茵陈种子处理的优化综合农艺措施为赤霉素浓度1 068~1 532 mg/kg、浸种时间17~22 h。结论]当赤霉素浓度为1 068~1 532 mg/kg、浸种时间为17~22 h时,可明显促进藏茵陈种子萌发。

Abstract:Objective] The study was to research the effects of GA concn.and seed soaking time on germination ability of Tibetan Capillary seeds.Method] With treatment by clear water as CK,the Tibetan Capillary seeds were soaked by GA with different concn.of 10,20,100,200,500,1 000,1 500 and 2 000 mg/kg for 24 h.On the basis of seed treatment,the saturated D-optimal design was taken to study the effects of GA concn.and seed soaking time on germination rate and germinating energy of Tibetan Capillary seeds.Result] The seed germination of Tibetan Capillary could be promoted obviously when GA was 1 000~2 000 mg/kg,the germination rate and germinating energy of Tibetan Capillary seeds were highest when GA was 1 500 mg/kg,reaching 46.7% and 23.0% resp.Compared with seed soaking time,GA concn.was the main factor on affecting seed germination and seed vigor of Tibetan Capillary.The optimized comprehensive agronomy measure of seed treatment for Tibetan Capillary was GA concn.of 1 068~1 532 mg/kg and seed soaking time of 17~22 h.Conclusion] Seed germination of Tibetan Capillary could be promoted obviously when GA was 1 068~1 532 mg/kg and the seed soaking time was 17~22 h.
