谷子航天诱变后代的农艺性状表现

摘    要:2004年选用冀谷12号干种子搭载第20颗返回式卫星进行处理,对诱变后代的农艺性状进行观察。结果显示:SP1代种子出苗率和幼苗生长势受到一定抑制,但拔节后植株生长势增强;SP1代出现的株高、穗长和单株产量等性状变异,SP2代仍得到充分表现;SP1代入选株系各性状基本稳定,株高、穗长和单株产量平均值与SP2代相近,但变异幅度和变异系数均较SP2代明显减小。表明诱变处理可使谷子产生丰富的变异,各性状变异幅度和变异系数明显增大,而且正向变异较多,株高降低,穗长和单株产量增加。SP3代各性状基本稳定。空间诱变缩短了谷子育种周期:

Abstract:The seeds of foxtail millet Jigu No.12 were boarded on the No.20 recoverable satellite in 2004,and the agronomic characters of their mutation progeny were investigated.The results indicated that the emergence rate and seedling growth potential were inhibited in SP1 generation,while the plant growth vigor became strong.The character variation such as plant height,ear length and yield per plant in SP1 generation completely expressed in SP2 generation.The characters were basically stable in SP3 generation,the ...
