摘    要:本研究合成了固体催化剂Pt—Al2O3,以氢气和柠檬醛为主要原料,将其应用于柠檬醛的催化氢化还原反应中。通过实验主要考察了Pt负载量、催化剂用量、溶剂选择、反应温度等因素对催化反应的影响,并且确定了最佳反应条件:Pt的最佳负载量为1.6%,催化剂用量为5.5%,溶剂选择甲苯,温度选择为100℃。通过核磁共振,对所得目标产物进行了定性分析,确定目标产物为橙花醇与香叶醇。

Abstract:The catalytic hydrogenation reduction of citral was studied with the solid catalyst Pt-Al2O3, hydrogen and citral as main raw materials. Through the experiment the factors of Pt load, catalyst dosage, solvent selection, reaction temperature to influence the reac- tion were researched, and the optimum reaction conditions were determined: Pt load of 1.6%, catalyst dosage of 5.5%, toluene sol- vent, reaction temperature of 100℃ Through the nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), the target product was analyzed to determine the product was nerol and geraniol.
