| 摘 要： | 水资源是人类赖以生存和发展的基础自然资源,也是张家口经济和城市可持续发展的基础。该文针对张家口的水资源现状,从水资源的规划和管理、改革水价,促进节约用水,建立节水型农业、加强科技创新、推进水利现代化进程、建立水污染防治机制和水生态保护补偿机制、非传统水资源开发利用方面提出了水资源的保护策略。

| Abstract: | Water resource is a kind of irreplaceable fundamental natural resource which human beings survival and development depend on,and it is also the base for economy and the sustainable development of Zhangjiakou City.Base on water resources present situation of Zhangjiakou City,water protection strategies were proposed from water resources planning and management,reforming the water price,establishing water-saving agriculture; strengthening scientific and technological innovation,promoting the water modernization process,establishing water pollution control mechanism and water ecological protection compensation mechanism,developing non-traditional water resources. |
