| Abstract: | The methods of composition and application of gene map of domestic animal were summarized in this paper, furthermore their advantage and shortcomings were evaluated and the present advance on many kinds of domestic animals were presented, such as cattle, pig, chicken and sheep, finally scientific significance of gene map composition was commented on. |
