| Abstract: | At present,nanotechnology is one of the most promising technologies in scientific community.In the next ten years,with the emergence of new polymer materials,the research and improvement of bio-nano-composite material used in food industry will make a breakthrough.This review is focused on summarizing the basic applications of nanomaterials in food packaging as well as its safety evaluation.The summaries and conclusions gained from this review can offer the thought and method for more research and development as well as utilization of the nano-packaging materials. |
