摘    要:纳米技术是当今科学界最具前景的科学技术之一,生物纳米复合材料的研究和开发将取得巨大突破。本文概述了纳米材料在食品包装领域的基本应用现状,并对相关的安全性评价问题进行了探讨。

Abstract:At present,nanotechnology is one of the most promising technologies in scientific community.In the next ten years,with the emergence of new polymer materials,the research and improvement of bio-nano-composite material used in food industry will make a breakthrough.This review is focused on summarizing the basic applications of nanomaterials in food packaging as well as its safety evaluation.The summaries and conclusions gained from this review can offer the thought and method for more research and development as well as utilization of the nano-packaging materials.
