分子标记技术在入侵植物中的应用研究进展

摘    要:外来入侵植物的入侵机制和成功入侵的遗传学基础越来越被人们所关注,通过分子标记技术明确入侵植物的遗传变异特点,并在此基础上建立起安全有效的控制措施是未来工作中理论与实践的结合点。为了对入侵植物在入侵过程中的预测和预防、根除与管理、生态控制与修复的实践提供参考,综述了限制性片段长度多态性(restriction fragment length polymorphism,简称RFLP)标记技术、随机扩增多态性DNA(randomly amplified polymorphic DNA,简称RAPD)标记技术、扩增片段长度多态性(amplified frag-ment length polymorphism简称AFLP)标记技术、简单重复序列(simple sequence repeat简称SSR)标记技术和简单序列重复区间(inter-simple sequence repeat简称ISSR)标记技术在入侵植物中的应用研究状况,并对其应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract:The invasion mechanism and genetic underpinnings of alien invasive plants have been paid more and more attention to.It will be the binding site of theory and practice in the future to build safe and effective control measures based on figuring out the hereditary variation characteristics by molecular marker technique.To provide references for forecasting and preventing,eradicating and managing,controlling and repairing the invasive plants in their invasion process,the author summarized the molecular marker technique: RFLP(restriction fragment length polymorphism),RAPD(randomly amplified polymorphic DNA),AFLP(amplified fragment length polymorphism),SSR(simple sequence repeat),ISSR(inter-simple sequence repeat) putting into the study of invasive plants use,and proposed prospects for further studies.
