摘    要:为了选育配合力高、恢复力强、品质优良和综合性状好的恢复系,采用复式杂交选育,以上海引进配合力好的双低常规材料作母本,与通过复式杂交选育的隐性核不育黄籽高油分双低恢复系8264R作父本进行有性杂交研究。结果表明:选育出的隐性核不育双低恢复系配合力更好,品质与8264R相当。其平均芥酸含量为0.41%,平均硫甙含量为23.68μmol/g饼,平均含油量为41.3%。

Abstract:To breed a restorer line with high combining ability,high recuperability,excellent quality and good comprehensive characters,the sexual hybridization was studied between the female parent and the male parent through double-cross breeding.The female parent was the double low conventional material with high combining ability and introduced from Shanghai while the male parent was 8264R,a recessive GMS restorer line with yellow seed,low erucic acid,low gluecosinolate and high oil content through double-cross breeding.The results showed that the combining ability of newly bred double-low recessive GMS restorer line was better and its quality was equal to 8264R.The average erucic acid content was 0.41%,the average glucosinolate content was 23.68 μmol/g cakes and the average oil content was 41.3%.
