中国沙棘雌株扦插育苗及GGR应用技术

摘    要:通过应用GGR浸泡插穗,对中国沙棘雌株扦插育苗成活及生长的影响的研究,结果表明,GGR对中国沙棘雌株扦插育苗成活率、苗高、地径及主根生长有显著影响。用GGR处理插穗的苗木成活率为82.1%,平均高53.83cm,地径0.46 cm,主根长0.26 cm,均高于未处理的苗木。

Abstract:Using GGR to immerse cuttings,female of survival rate & growth for female plants of Hippophae rhamnoides L.subsp.sinensis were studied.Result shows that GGR have significant effects on survival rate,seedling height,ground diameter,root growth of female plants of Hippophae rhamnoides L.subsp.sinensis.Survival rate,mean height,ground diameter,main root length of seedlings being treated by using GGR are 82.1%,53.83 cm,0.46 cm,0.26 cm respectively;they are all higher than that of the seedlings not being treated.
