红翅槭的组织培养及快繁技术

摘    要:以红翅槭嫩茎和嫩叶为外植体,研究在培养基中添加不同种类、不同浓度的激素后对红翅槭组培快繁的影响。结果表明:嫩茎分化率高,嫩叶分化速率快;接种于不同培养基上的嫩茎、嫩叶在形成愈伤组织和不定芽的时间上有明显的差异,且其长出愈伤组织和芽体的数量也有明显的不同;激素浓度、种类及不同组合对外植体的诱导和分化起着重要的作用,MS+6-BA0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L是嫩茎和嫩叶颗粒状愈伤组织和不定芽分化培养的理想培养基;1/2MS+IAA 0.6 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L是不定芽生根培养的理想培养基;蛭石+珍珠岩(1∶1)是红翅槭试管苗移栽的理想基质,平均成活率为95.3%,并且移栽成活苗生长旺盛。
