| 摘 要： | 近年来动物线粒体DNA在遗传进化学方面的研究成为分子进化遗传学领域的研究热点，线粒体基因组已成为分子遗传学和系统进化的一个重要模式。作者就动物线粒体DNA的研究及其在家畜遗传多样性研究中的应用作一简要综述。
