不同南瓜砧木对薄皮甜瓜生长、产量及品质的影响

用6个不同南瓜砧木品种嫁接薄皮甜瓜,研究南瓜砧木对薄皮甜瓜生长、产量及品质的影响。结果表明,各嫁接组合抗枯萎病能力、产量方面都显著提高,但抗白粉病能力及品质方面都有所降低。综合各方面看,选用砧木达美嫁接,嫁接苗成活率高,嫁接后甜瓜产量显著提高,比对照增产49.4%,抗枯萎病能力显著增强,中心含糖量和口感风味与对照相当,可作为今后嫁接栽培的理想砧木品种。

Effects of Different Pumpkin Stocks on Growth, Yield and Quality of Grafted Muskmelon

The effects of six different pumpkin stocks on the growth, yield and quality of grafted muskmelon were studied. The results showed that the resistance to fusarium wilt and yields of the grafted combinations were increased, but their resistance to powdery mildew and fruit qualities were decreased to some extent. In summary, the stock cultivar Darnel had the highest grafting survival rate in all the grafted combinations, with its yield increased by 49.4% compared to the control combination, and its resistance to melon fusarium wilt disease increased significantly, but its center sugar content and taste had no significant differences with the control combination, therefore, Darnel was recommended as the ideal stock cuhivar for muskmelon grafting.
