供水水平对烤烟镁积累量和烟叶含镁率的影响

摘    要:针对中国南方烟区烤烟缺镁症发生较为普遍的问题,1996年在云南昆明通过盆栽试验,研究了在不同供水水平下,烤烟不同生育时期镁积累量,各器官干物重与烟叶含镁率之间的关系,结果表明,干物重远远大于镁积累量对烟叶含镁率的影响,干旱对团棵期,旺长期的根,茎,叶干物质积累极为不利;供水过多对旺长期茎的生长不利;成熟期各供水水平对根,茎生长影响不显著,而对叶重和叶面积的影响极为显著;烟叶含镁率与根重,茎重,叶重,叶面积之间,各个生育时期均呈负相关,但成熟期叶重,叶面积与烟叶含镁率呈极显著负相关。

Abstract:In view of the magnesium deficiency in flue-cured tobacco leaves in South China,plot experiments were conducted in Kunming in 1996 to study the accumulation of magnesium at different growth stages of tobacco and the relation between dry matter weight and the conntents of magnesium.The results show that the dry matter weight has much more influence on the contents of magnesium than the accumulation of magnesium does.Drought is unfavorable to the accumulation of dry matter in roots,stems and leaves at the extending stage and vigorous growth stage.Over application of water is unfavorable to the growth of stem at the vigorous growth stage.Different water application amounts have no obvious influence on the growth of root and stem at the maturation stage,but have extremely obvious influence on the weight of leaf and leaf area.Magnesium contents in leaves have a negative correlation with the root weight,stem weight,leaf weight and leaf area at different growth stages,but at the maturation stage leaf weight and leaf area have a negative correlation with the contents of magnesium.
