若干生长调节剂对甜瓜育苗的作用

摘    要:对本市郊区生产上应用的一些甜瓜品种的种子,用若干生长调节剂加以处理。结果显示出各处理均能有效地提高发芽率。厚皮类型甜瓜品种的第一叶面积的萘乙酸处理者增长显著,薄皮甜瓜品种的第一叶面积在吲哚乙酸与生根粉处理下促进作用显著。高效唑、多效唑、吲哚乙酸10~20mg/kg对叶龄有显著作用。苗期干、鲜重变化则与生长调节物质的浓度呈负相关。

Abstract:The seeds of some muskmelon varieties applied in the suburbs of Shanghai were treated with growth-regulating substances. The results showed that all treatments could increase germination percentag. The area of the first leaf for thick-skinned muskmelons when treated with methyl 2-naphthyl acetate more significantly increased as compared with other treatments, but for thin-skinned muskmelons increased more significantly when treated with idole acetic acid and ABT. The effects of high-effect triazole, multi-effect triazole and 10-20 ppM indole acetic acid on leaf age were significant. The dry and fresh weight on seedling stage were negative correlation with concentrations of growth-regulating substances.
