| 摘 要： | 通过对胜利女神、粉红、深红和大红等4个品种经过10次继代后的再生新梢在不定根发生过程中多个因素影响的数量性统计和显著性检验，分析了影响仙客来组织培养中不定根发生的各因素效应。结果表明，品种的遗传性是影响仙客来不定根发生的主要因素，不同品种对激素种类和数量的反应有着极显著的差异；新梢叶片数量是影响仙客来试管苗平均单株生根数量的显著因素，线性回归方程为Y=0．00l 1．347X。

| Abstract: | Four Cyclamen(Victoria, Pink, Black Red and Bright Red) were subcultur ed ten generations and then the new derived shoots were rooted. The limiting fac tors for rooting were analyzed by quantity statistics and significance test. The result shows: genotype is still the main factor affecting rooting. The effects of different hormone and the hormone contents have dramatic difference among the four races. The leaf number of the regenerated shoot is a significant factor to affect the mean single shoot rooting number. The regression equation is Y=0.001+1.347X. |
