土壤地球物理化学特征对名优茶品质的影响

摘    要:对4个地点、4种成土母质的8个样点的理化特征及其对应的名优茶品质进行综合测定,采用相关分析、通径分析、对应分析等数学手段,分析土壤地球物理化学特征对名优茶品质的影响.结果表明:土壤有机质含量与茶叶品质呈强正相关,相关系数超过0.9;土壤容重与茶叶品质呈强负相关,相关系数为-0.7,两者效应力度均超过1;花岗岩和板页岩母质上种植的茶叶品质好,石灰岩和第四纪红色粘土母质上种植的茶叶品质不如前者,且两类母质对茶叶品质的影响差异显著;高海拔地区名优茶品质较中海拔地区好,低海拔地区相应较差.

Abstract:Synthetic measurements was made to determine the physical and chemical characteristics of eight sample spots of four kinds of soil parent paterials from four places,and the quality of the fine teas growing on the soils was studied by using the methodes of related analysis,path analysis and correspondence analysis.The results showed that the content of organic matter in the soil presented a positive correlation with tea quality and the related coeffient was above 0.9,while the soil volumn weight presented a negative correlation with tea quality and the related coefficient was 0.7,both of the efficient power was above 1;the quality of the teas growing on the granite and slate was mach better than that of the teas growing on the calcaeous rock and red clay of Quaternary period;the famous and fine quality tea might be qualified the best if they were grown in high altitude areas.
