| 摘 要： | 以植物组织培养技术实验课为例,从教学内容设计、考核方式等细节进行创新,通过分析改革效果,表明创新该课程可调动学生学习的积极性,增强其意志品质,同时还分析了改革的不足之处及下一步对策。

| Abstract: | Taking the course of technology of plant tissue culture for the example,details of teaching content and assessment style were innovated.Based on the results,innovation of the course would arouse the study enthusiasm of students and evaluate the volitional character.Furthermore,shortcomings of the innoviation and its counterplans were analyzed. |
