针刺治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕的临床观察

目的：观察针刺治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）所致不孕的临床疗效。方法：选择符舍PCOS诊断标准126倒患者，共计303个治疗周期．分为两组：治疗组66例146个治疗周期．采用针刺治疗促排卵；对照组60倒157个治疗周期，采用克罗米芬（CC）＋绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）诱发排卵。结果：治疗组与对照组的周期排卵率分别为83．2％、70．5％（P〈0．05）；妊娠率分别为60．6％、31．7％（P〈0．01）；对照组与治疗组黄素化未破裂卵泡（LUF）周期发生率分别为22．9％、4．8N（P〈0．01）。两组均未发生卵巢过度刺激综合征（OHSS）。结论：针刺促排卵治疗PCOS是一种自然疗法．经济、简便，LUF发生率低，有较高的妊娠率。

Acupuncture on polycystic ovarian syndrome-induced infertility

Objective: To investigate the effect of acupuncture on p olycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)-induced infertility. Methods: A total o f 126 patients w ith PCOS were divided into 2 groups: acupuncture group (n=66) received acupu nctur e treatment for 146 cycles, and control group (n=60) accepted clomifene plus HCG for 157 cycles. Results: The ovulation, pregnant, and luteinize d unruptured fol licle rates in acupuncture group and control group were 83.2%, 70.5% and 4.8%, 60.6%, 31.7% and 22.9% (P<0.01-0.05), respectively. Conclusion : Acupuncture-induced ovulation could achieve higher pregnant rate.
