小型柴油机排放控制技术的研究

摘    要:分析了柴油机排放的特点,提出了机内净化技术是控制柴油机排气污染主要途径;对Y385T小型农用柴油机机的燃烧室、配气机构、喷油系统等进行了优化设计。测试结果表明:该机排放性能明显改善,低于相关标准最低限值,且动力、经济性能良好,生产成本较低,运行维护方便。

Abstract:To counter the feature of diesel exhaust emission, presents that the combustion chamber cleanuptechniques is the main way to control exhaust emission. Small Size Y385T diesel engine used in agriculture isoptimized with its combustion chamber, induction mechanism and fuel injection. Tests show that the emissionperformance of this engine has been improved, below the relevant standard. It has excellent diesel dynamics ,economic performance and is of low production cost and easy to maintain.
